Class open to anyone with Diabetes and family members. 4 week series. 6-8PM. Southampton High School located at 23350 Southampton Parkway, ( Rt. 58)Courtland, Va. Classes held Feb 23, March 1,8,15. Some of the class highlights include managing your diabetes, free A1c testing, cooking healthy, preventing complications etc. You will receive a tool kit with receipes, pedometer, plus A1c and blood pressure checks to support your progress. |
